Fill out the intake form to get connected to a doctor. Please note our service is HIPAA compliant and all personal information is completely confidential between you and your doctor. You will not be charged if the doctor believes you do not qualify for a medical card.
Talk to a Doctor
The next step is to have your doctor visit using any connected device from the comfort of your home. Our doctors will work with you to create a treatment plan and provide you with all the documentation necessary to get your medical card in the state of Virginia.
Register With State
Once you have been qualified by one of our doctors, you will need to register with Virginia Board of Pharmacy and pay a $50 fee. You will also need to upload a valid driver’s license or state ID card. Please allow 7-10 days for the Board of Pharmacy to process the registration application. Qualifying Conditions
Virginia allows either a doctor or other specified medical assistant to issue a written certification for medicinal use for treatment or to alleviate the symptoms of any diagnosed condition or disease determined by the practitioner to benefit from such use. Common Conditions include:

- Cancer
- Any condition a medical practitioner deems beneficial from medicinal use
- Seizures
- Menopause
- Muscle Spasms
- Arthritis
